    yes, no doubt
    walking every day is necessary for healthy life. 30 minutes to 1 hour per day according to me.

    For sure walking every day is great for our healthy, we need to walk at least 30 min. if more will be better.

    walking is good for the mind and body. I always go for a morning walk, its so refreshing.
