Thread: How to Set Up the Perfect Bath at the End of a Long Day

Hi all,

I have been getting tired and stressed easily lately and since I don't want gray hair by the time I reach 30, I thought a relaxing bath would make things better. What type of things should I use? Please help me.

The perfect bath is that when you do not make anything to prepare it and you find it just ready to go for you.

A warm bathe when it is cold or a cold bathe when it is too hot would suffice.. Lying on the bath tub, listening to music and drinking some wine.

As long as it's hot, that's all that matters to me. Nothing fancy. Just nice and hot to rid myself of the stresses of the day.
