    Default what did you do....

    What did you do to get your body in balanced weight.
    I just take care about food and nutrition for this.

    Even I take care of my food and do a lot of work. Going for walk in the morning is the best to reduce weight.

    I'm still doing and have not reached my desired goal. Focussing on Good Exercise and healthy food intake. Consistency is important and odd injuries are the big thorns in the road.

    Diet is one thing that will help. This means cutting out a lot of the saturated fats. That is the most important. Cutting too many carbs or calories isn't healthy for the mind or body. Just focus on the saturated and trans fats. . . As for exercise, you can do whatever you want that keeps the heart rate up. Using weights has too many rests in between but is better than nothing. Things like swimming, bicycling, running, and fast walking are best. The key is that you must get your heart-rate up to at least 130 or about 60% of your max heart-rate for your age. For most younger adults, 130 to 160 is good. The first 20 minutes you sustain this rate will give you a cardio workout that is great for your heart and vascular system. However, to burn the most amount of fat and maintain a good weight is to keep going past 20 minutes. You don't get to true fat burning until AFTER 20 minutes. The first 20 minutes is for cardio, and any time after that 20 minutes is now fat burning. That's because the body has to go through the glycogen stores in the body first, which is the first 20 minutes. After that time, it starts to burn fat to keep the energy going. However, one other key is to make sure if you exercise enough is that you take in enough protein, carbs, and healthy calories otherwise you will lose too much weight. Hope this helps.

    thank you for your sharing. I usually walk fast, which is good to lose weight,i am happy.
    I like playing many hot games,like, games for girls 2011 and kids games for girls.

    I do regular exercise and proper food to get my body and the mind relax and active.

    I do physical work, morning walk and take balance diet for my physical fitness.

    To lose weight, you need to eat right and i mean balanced diet. Then work out often maybe taking a walk everyday.

    Proper diet (i like fruits & vegetables)and exercise are both important. you should insiste and don't be too pushy
