    Please share here your opinion how keep body fitness, your suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    Taking active part in sports ,doing exercises is need of body fitness.
    I like playing many hot games,like, games for girls 2011 and kids games for girls.
    Here you can give it a try!

    In my opinion, Regular exercise and the proper food keep your body healthy and your mind fresh. So, Just concentrate about yourself. Take care guys.

    You must learn a healthy lifestyle.
    > walk/jog for an hour every morning
    > more water
    > fruits and vegetable diet
    > stand 8 hours a day (not 8 hours straight)
    > avoid soda and fast foods

    Limited diet with vegetables, avoiding alcohols and fast foods. Routine exercise like walking,swimming and jogging.

    Daily exercise with fit diet is very important , but for body fitness the person must keep their mind fresh by different natural activities.

    For better fitness we should go on morning walk as well as early to bes and early to rise and drink water too much and take healthy foods.

    nice balance of veggies and fruits, lots of protein, regular exercise so long as you do various activities and dont stick with the same routine
