Thread: How to be happy in life?

It is a good idea

I like your tips and i was also smile to keep me happy

With love of each others.

Life is complex, so there isn't a single secret but several for a happy life.

First, you need good health to enjoy your favorite hobbies, your family, friends, holidays, career, etc. So it is essential that you must have the will-power to exercise regularly, follow a proper diet and to have sufficient rest and sleep whenever necessary.

Second, good bonding with family members,relatives and close friends ensure happy interactions through regular barbeques, picnics, birthday parties and other celebrations.

Third, having some free time, space, etc to yourself and freedom to pursue your hobbies and goals.

Fourth, a safe, clean and properly-organized neighborhood with basic amenities ,where you can walk anywhere without worries,breathe unpolluted air.

For me happiness is easy, it's a matter of choice and mind setting. Appreciate little things, always find something to have fun with. I enjoy every moment of my life, I am happy when I'm working, it means that I'll never be hungry, I'm happy when I'm talking to my friends and give them advice. I'm happy when I'm tired because it means that I will have a good night sleep, things like that! keep smilin'

Apart from this, I have learned a very interesting things to make others happy as well as to stay in harmony with myself. All you have to treat others great and you will also treated great by others.

..and don't rely your happiness to other person for you'll just get disappointments..rely on God for your happiness and He will never disappoint you.
