No... Having a smoking area in a restaurant allows non smokers not to sniff second hand smoke, which is a lot more dangerous... Having a peeing section in a swimming pool does not prevent the pee to get to other swimmers. Having a smoking area in a restaurant is rather the same as having a restroom in resorts. Instead of peeing in a pool where others could get some kind of irritation out of it, pee in the restroom to not involve others.

I agree. Smoke from cigarettes will flow throughout the restaurant and will cause it to get into others lungs. Peeing in a swimming pool is just the same concept.

I don't agree completely lol as the pee in the weimming area will still get to the other people but dividing the smoking area segragates the smokers from the non smokers. It is very funny non the less lol.

If your going ot have a smoking section, then you better mean a separate room which is closed off, or like on the second floor or something, it would have to have flawless ventilation so the smoke doesnt come to the non-smoking area. it might just be a good thing. But still, im totally against smoking.

I disagree, The separation must not seem appropriate to smokers but ethically and health wise it is the only way the non smokers can be kept safe from cigarette smoke as passive smokers are more prone to diseases than us..... So although it may seem unfair to us but as smokers it is also our obligation that no one gets hurt because of our lifestyle choice.....
