Thread: How often do you use a mouth wash?

I use it twice a day, once in the morning and once before I go to bed. In recent studies it shows that smokers should not use alchole based mouth wash.
So how many people uses a mouth wash and how often?

Once in a day, during bed time.

i use it twice a day! it's enough for me!

I have never used mouth wash in my entire life.

I only brush my teeth after breakfast and dinner and never use a mouth wash. Brushing twice a day is enough for me.

Twice in a day.

I don't use it, because I am habitual of using daily tooth paste from my child hood, also my tooth paste has pleasent smell, so I don't need mouth washes

Once or twice a day, depends on my mood

I often use it every after toothbrush ...I feel that my mouth smells much better if I use it often ...But I love some mouthwash that doesnt burn the lining of my mouth

I had my lip pierced before & I have my tongue & Monroe now, I would wash it out after I smoked, and after I ate a meal, and then when I woke up & before sleep. I would just swish it around in my mouth, and sometimes take a q-tip & wash the outside. Believe it or not if you clean it too much, it will get infected. Hope I helped some.

I also use twice in a day. One in morning and other turns come before sleeping.

Not more than twice a day, since I feel that that is enough as my mouth is clean

Not too often, I seem to have an allergic reaction to most of them.
