You must drink atleast 3-5 litres for a day, to lead a healthy body and also to feel young

Water is very vey important for our body, I usually drink 2-3L of water a day.

How many liter water you drink daily? I drink 3 litre water daily.

The 90% contribution of water in body that is sure if you have to drink more and more water daily the your body metabolism and dehydration is well and you become healthy.
I think at least 2 litter water you can drink daily for better health.

I only get about 32 ounces per day or a quart. That's half of what I require and way less when I'm actually doing anything like sweating. My body has just gotten used to it because if I try to drink more, I feel ridiculously fool and then pee every 15 minutes or so. It's like my body won't take on any more water.
