Are you addicted to something ?

I want to know that do you take it as disease ?

I was addicted to cold drinks few years back and I used to drink 2 liter cola daily but after few months I started facing some problem in teeths and doc told me to leave it .

Believe me it was very hard to stay away from cola at that time but that I move to take juice on that place .

So are you addicted to anything and how difficult it was to move out from that thing .............

I am addicted in using my phone now...Before I hardly use it but now I often use it already.

I am addict to surf net and sending msg's to friends but I in now days I left my sending msg habit due to office rule but my surfing net habit so increase in now days because my work on internet.
