Thread: Have you caght a cold before?

I caght a cold recently,I have a bad experience,pls don't eat the pills before eatting something,that is not good for your stamoch.

i did catch a cold but im just doing a water theraphy

I think a lot of us do caught colds before. I think your just on stress , try to relax and get some bed rest. Increase your fluid intake and if possible take vitamins C to increase your resistance and immune system
