Accessibility compliance
Session Restore
Download resuming across browser sessions, detection of signed executables

Disadvantages

Slow startup time
Use more memory than other browsers
Certain websites do not render as expected in Firefox

Firefox loads the web pages much faster than IE. Also, I've experienced fewer problems using Firefox than I have with IE. Since IE is the most heavily used browser there seems to be more viruses directed towards it.

Firefox is Open Source and new features are added much quicker than IE.\

disadvantages:

compatability issues

You have missed the Add-ons facility in firefox. You can use various add-ons on firefox browser.
