    Thumbs up Sleep..??

    sleeping is the only way of natural relaxation. So how many hours you will sleep daily?..

    i can sleep for 8 hours on holiday,but sometimes i have to stay up all the night.

    I got to sleep at most 6 hours everyday. I am having a busy time working. I wish I can lots of sleep next week, hehehe...

    yes you are absolutely right that sleeping is only the way to get more relaxation but long time sleeping help to make fat or cholesterol, that's why we should always take sleeps on proper time.

    I wish i can sleep like this but i dont have even time to sleep for 8 hours, i have lots of work pending and have to complete them till 31st december.

    Sleeping is like charging your battery so I sleep 7 hours in working days and 10 hours on the holiday.

    Yup I know sleeping is very important but sad to say I don't get a lot of sleep lately
