I usually sleep late now that is why I am bit sickly this days so I guess I need to move my body clock again so I can have normal sleep

I think quality of sleeping is more important than number of hours for sleeping

I am sleeping 8 Hours Every day. Actually you are right sleeping is very necessary for every one.
According to doctors if we take snap every day timely than will never get ill.
I think so and i am also following the instructions.
What you are doing guys.

I really love sleeping for 6-8 hours. But if I'm not busy it takes 10 hours above :P

I take 7-8 hours........ I think further sleep is not good for health.

sleep is necessary for everyone so it is a way for relaxation i sleep 8 hour in night.

Something like eight or seven hours during the week, and much more at the weekends, if I don't have any plans for the morning

I use to sleep many hours daily. At least 8, sometimes more than 10
