Who skipped breakfast today??
This is the most consequential meal of the day & it's not good if you miss it. So to maintain a healthy lifestyleeat Breakfast. 1 simple piece of fruit will do the trick or whole wheat bread/toast. Cereal hot or cold..

I always have a bowl of sprout in my breakfast that keeps me healthy.

Breakfast is really necessary for our body to remain healthy and it is not good if you miss it so you must have atleast 2 chappatis with butter in breakfast...

Me.. In fact I skipped breakfast everyday as I don't usually eat in the morning.. I just have a large meal during lunch time..

Recently i know that breakfast is the most essential food that we must eat. So now i take breakfast regularly.

I always have a bowl of cereal when I get up, well first it's coffee and then cereal, but for the past 2 weeks I'm just not feeling hungry in the morning, I think it's because of the stress. I have some things going on in my life right now that I am just not feeling hungry.

I think a regular good breakfast will keep an individual healthy & energetic.
