    Breakfast is really necessary for our body to remain healthy and it is not good if you miss it so you must have at least 2 chappatis with butter.fruits and one glass milk properly in breakfast.

    not today but i skip my breakfast yesterday........ and mostly i skip breakfast.....

    Just had a breakfast- toast and milk. I never skip the breakfast, usually a have Cereal and milk.
