Miss World 2009 - Kaiane Aldorino
Bollywood actress and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra handed over the Miss World 2009 sash to Miss Gibraltar. Aldorino looked very pretty in a regal gown. She was also crowned as the Miss World Beach Beauty. During her reign as the Miss World 2009, Aldorino will be busy for the next one year traveling and doing social work in different countries. She will also crown the winner of the Miss World 2010 pageant, to be held in Vietnam.

She was looking absolutely pretty. But a sad moment was there for Priyanka I feel as she could give this owner to her own country girl.

This was an absolutely ridiculous decision. These pageants are becoming such a farce, they are not even worth watching anymore. This was one of the worst-produced TV shows I’ve ever seen, too. Terrible in all ways!
