how long time do you sleep everyday?
how long time do you sleep everyday? i feel tired and want to sleep now,i went to bed at 23 oclok last night,and get up at 7am.

usually 6-8 hours. if I am lucky 10 hours some days

i sleep for about 5-6 hours at night.
and if i fail to sleep for 5-6 hours then try to sleep in day hours too.

i take 8 hour for sleeping i have 12 hours for rest in my house !!!

I usually sleep 6 to 8 hours in weekdays. But when weekend comes, I'll sleep whenever I want like 10-12 hours...

I get about 6 hours of sleep per day. If I'm lucky, I get a full 8 hours, but that's a rarity. I'm a student and a work-at-home mom, which makes getting all the sleep I need pretty difficult.

maximum 6 hours daily, I have heard that 5 hours sleep is enough for a healthy person.

Always 8 hrs minimum sleep... so much mind hurdles we have to do everyday..
