Who is the best in management when it comes running a family or business? Men or Women?

It could vary person to person regardless of the gender.

i agreed... depending on the person if she or he is really responsible and love their family. It is not only men or women can only handle a family. They both need to help each other.

when it comes to family management.. no one is better than another.. a couple should be a team, not competitors..

in running a business, it depends.. reasons could be the level of intellect, management skills, PR skills.. etc. etc..

Yep. If you've ever watched The Apprentice you'll know how much either person can excel. I think a women won the latest series IIRC.

i don't know really , men naturally have a tougher grip on the family and are the authority figure , but women are way better to avoid confrontation and educate.

It's a team game !!

however every family is different and this schema doesn't always apply

I want to share it here that every human being have both qualities and you can't choose one for managing it because every person having their own situation and circumstances.

yaa i don't think but both (women & man) very important for run family better...

I think its always better to discuss things and respect each other. Then one person have to take the lead always.
