Old School Banner Ads
Most people are going through AdSense or a ad service to place banners these days, but it still makes sense to go it alone in certain cases. Either way, here's a handy article and tool on how to create a banner ad revenue estimate.

I believe banner ads work really well. If you choose a site related to your niche and your banner is attractive and strong then you're bound to get traffic. Great article by the way, thanks!
