Thread: Finding a Converting WordPress Theme! :)

Finding the best themes to use in WordPress can be a real pain, you don’t want a crappy looking theme. All they do is make your website look crappy and a crappy website means no conversions. My name is Chris Ditfort and I’ve been learning about Internet Marketing for a whole year now and longer, and an important element for WordPress users is choosing the correct WordPress theme.

First you need of the niche you’re targeting, and ask yourself a few questions, is it colourful, bright, dull, dark. This will help you find a theme very easily, what you do is go to Google.com and type in top 20 WordPress themes, or top 10 WordPress themes. Open a few of the website displayed in the Google search engine, open them in new tabs. Go through the themes displayed on the website, and check if there is a theme that matches your niche, all you have to do is sit down for about 20 minutes going through different themes. You’ll find a theme you like and that’s the theme you should use for your website, there are a whole bunch of plugins to con figure as well, but you probably already know ;P

Now that’s the first method I use to find a converting theme in my niche and the second method is creating your own design with a theme called flexibility 3 it’s a free theme and it’s allows so much optimization to be done. Check it out, just type in flexibility 3 in Google and down the theme for free. Install it and take a look at the options you can practically optimize to look however you want.

For people who do review style sites there is a site called clean dropshadows. It one of the best free reviews style themes I’ve used. So just check it out. I thought I’d share these 2 wonderful themes with you guys that work on WordPress.

You're best of trawling through the many sites that offer themes. Themeforest have a great selection and are easy to sort through. We've used templates there for a few customers who want low cost websites.
