Anyway, here's my take on your tips. If you're going to build a list, make sure that they're your genuine subscribers, and not just a list made randomly. If you're going with the random option, there's this chance that you might be reported as an email spammer. Even though your email looks great and all, there's still a chance that it would happen. You can earn people's trust by giving them the content that they want. If they subscribed for something business related, give them something business related.

Just another tip: I think it is also useful to personalize your marketing mails. It means that it would be of advantage if you great your recipients with their name. It will be more trustworthy.

A few things we always abide by;

- Never email to lists too often, otherwise resulting in too many unsubscribes
- Remove bounced addresses (more housekeeping that anything else)
- Include the customers name in the subject (resulting in a higher open rate)
- Like any marketing, tailor the messaging to the customer
- Ensure the call to action is easy to find
- Use the least amount of images possible
- Check using the spam checks and mail client checks to ensure your email will get to the customer and will be readable.

You have to take valid email id from correct source those who want that services or product. If you work for that targeted user means defiantly get benefit on it.
