I am a student of MBA(Marketing) and want to develop my personal business blog. I want to share and gather business knowledge through my personal blog site. Can it is possible for me to make a (.com) blog site. How much it cost and how can I purchase (.com) blog from where? I don't know about it. But very keen to create a business blog. WordPress would be your best bet. businessfromthekitchentable.com and johnchow.com are good sources. I also suggest you watch some of the many WordPress tutorials on YouTube. When trying to learn something like WordPress video is a great way to do it, there are some good ones one there that helped me when I set up mine.

Wordpress.com is waste as you dont have your own host.

I don't like wordpress.com, as they delete the blog without any reason. I had 1 blogs on wordpress but after a couple of month they deleted it without any reason. I upload my business articles there all my time and work ruin by them. That's why I dislike worpress.com
