Do you believe that, Pay Per Click (PPC) can provide instant sales within minutes?

Depends on your prices, supply/demand of good, history of site, ect. It MAY work, or you may just spend $ for nothing. Auction sites, in my opinion, are loads better for this.

actually PPC is not for everyone. not everyone gonna get benefit form PPC. but if you optimize your ads and your ads are shown in the perfect places then its really possible to sell via PPC too!

no you can't believe PPC will translate into instant sales... there is absolutely no guarantee and a lot of it depends on the design of the landing page... is it attractive enough to induce a sale?

PPC can only draw people to your site, it is down to the quality of your site to determine the conversion rate

PPC is a way for getting the instant traffic and business for any sites.

There are alot of factors that go into this its the quickest way to get "traffic" to your site. It also depends on what type of product you are selling. You can't direct link to the merchant sales page anymore google won't allow this. Plus you have to watch your adspend too.. In the competetive markets you can be spending sometimes $5.00 PER CLICK.. so you need to know what you are doing ypu can lose money fast..
