    Default Risk in Real estate investing

    Real estate investing is a field in which millionaires are made and lost on an almost each day basis. Most of the wealthiest investors on this planet will agree that real estate is by far one of the vital profitable fields by which you could invest. It also carries some of the biggest risks when it comes to investing at the same time. Real estate investments are large investments for essentially the most part so when you loose on an investment such as this the losses are typically much greater than when you loose in other investment avenues.
    Real Estate Investing is all about taking risks only. The future of real estate market is not predictable and everything is uncertain to happen. On a hand you can make a lot of money in this but on another hand it is possible that you lose your money with the same market. What you need is that you should invest in right and profitable property and for that, you need to have more than enough knowledge of investing in real estate market.

    As already stated, there is risk in any investment, it is how you view and minimise risks. In the UK where I live we have not had a property crash yet, just a small correction. Will we have a crash? Who knows. But the people who I worry for are the newbies jumping into property saying things like, "I can pick up a bargain now that prices are low after the crash". What Crash?

    If you invest for income then the price you pay is less of a worry, as long you cover all costs and repayments and you get a reasonable yeild. The trouble is most newbies still look to buy and sell and make a capital gain, thinking that property is cheap. A very dangerous strategy.

    All investing is risky, which is why when an trader selects real property, he should have at minimum two backup programs in case his first option does not work. Not having a copy plan could confirm to become quite expensive.

    Quite risky business.

    You can become millionaire in one night.

    But,it has its disadvantage, attracts crime,fraud and impostors.

    In fact many Property dealers are murdered.
