Yes! Customer is a king. Its very difficult to satisfy a customer. If you product or service is upto the mark and exceeding the customer's expectations then you can get the customers attntion otherwise its very difficult to survive in the market.Customer always do comparison of his share of the wallet which he/she have to spend on purchasing of any product or service with the benifit which he/she expecting with that offering. Customer is a king as, he is the ultimate buyer of your product and it depends on his/her behaviour.
