T-Shirt MarketingWell summer is here in the Boston area of USA. So people would be wearing lots of tshirts now. I am thinking of starting a free tshirt campaign giving away tshirts with the site logo, url on it.
Anybody have experience on it?

I have heard something like this, but it was a guy who got the tattoo of his site on his body and was walking in the city.
He actually sold his body spaces to other guyz, like someone bought the space on his chest (most visible area) and other purchased the space on his neck....etc
T-Shirt will also work for advertising
But why for free? you are promoting stuff so should get something in return.

If you are planning to give them as gift with site logo then idea is great but I think would be costly as compared to the outcome of the this effort.

I would probably say no. I think this forum needs webmasters or people interested in earning off of the internet so we want to target any advertising to them. The tshirt thing would put our name out there, yes, but it would be to people who more than likely dont care.

DependsI thin t-shirt marketing can be great depending on your website. Also give them to the right people.

I have also see this kind of promotion in my area. People wore T-shirt with the website address & logo on it. I think this is nice idea.

If you can find a complimentary online business to your own maybe you can do a deal with them to advertise their business on one side of the t-shirt and yours on the other which will help cut the cost of the advertising.
