It certainly gets noticed. Depending on the product/service you are advertising it might cost you some credibility, though.

It will work on the sex related websites only. forums like this, members will not feel comfortable to see those ads.

Sex in advertising is definitely not new by any means, depending on the product it can work very well, the biggest concern would be your audience. Who do you focus on, better yet who will see the ads? kids? religious people who might well be offended and boycott your site?
Yes sex can sell but it can also drive away your potential customers. and cripple your business and all the hard work you put into your website. I think one would have to do some kind of split testing.

this word is so good at making attention,there are some kind of advertisements where you see nothing about the sex but they use it in the advertisements.

It's not new and they really work. Just look at the adverts of liquors, they always include images/videos of sexy beautiful ladies in their ads.
