Good list. I added them to my database. Press Releases are good source for getting traffic and promotion of the website.

^ I already tried those list but only few of those are approving your sites quickly and some of them didn't accept anchor text on the body part. But I must suggest you all to try PR sites like onlineprnews.com. This is the only Press Release sites i know that gives good referrals on your sites.

Excellent list. I was just thinking of finding a bunch of these, but now I don't have to. Press releases are one thing I always forget about in my continual marketing.

Press release or news release should be news worthy. You cannot submit an article to a Press Release directory. Your Press release should be an announcement (eg. xyz merges with abc) or event (so and so published their balance sheet on the day) etc.
