I have my own perspective of what is marketing, but I like to know how you folks define marketing.

Marketing are activities of a company associated with buying and selling a product or service. It includes advertising, selling and delivering products to people. People who work in marketing departments of companies try to get the attention of target audiences by using slogans, packaging design, celebrity endorsements and general media exposure.

Marketing, I think, in simple words are ways to get people notice whatever you are marketing.

Marketing i think is targeting people which will be your prospect costumer and buy your products,service etc...

welll said .. its all about selling product ..

In my own words. Marketing is a process wherein, you will sell your product in a different way.

My Definition of Marketing is Find customer need and create a relevant product for the customer and present to various way or advertisement and sale the product it's called as a Marketing And Most Important thing focus customer satisfaction

i think marketing in the promotion and selling of your product.It can be done by advertising, attractive packaging, free gifts etc............. or giving good quality at cheapest rate to the consumers.

Generating the right amount of sales from targeted market of people is marketing..
