How Can Indians Use PayPal?

As far as I know people from India cannot have a PayPal account.

But I see lot of Indian people are using PayPal.

I was wondering if anybody know whats the secret?

Hi,
Paypal does not allow you to withdraw money to an Indian Bank.but if you have an accoint in international bank like Standard charted, Barklay banks, ABN Ambro transfer your funds in these banks i think no problem!!!

I withdraw my money on ICICI Bank In India and No problem but some percentage deducted

i use it here in Tunisia giving wrong information (another country), many people did that and I have no issues.
BTW it's not verified and i'm using a Tunisian IP and I have months.. so people using VCC and VPN won't never be caught!!!

who said that indians can't use paypal .. i always withdraw my funds to standard charted bank and there is no problem till now.. maybe indians were not allowed before but not paypal is for india... paypal is not in pakistan and bangladesh and some more countries... but then 2 they withdraw with some illegal way ..

there is no way to use paypal for an indian or bangladeshi. it is not possible because paypal only supports usa and uk. I think if you have any folks in usa you could get easily money by using his bank account this is the easiest way to withdraw money from paypal.
