Corporate culture means the culture of a corporate or organisation which shows that how the people of a corporate should conduct with each other and with outsiders and it also include their beliefs and values.

The collection of beliefs, expectations, and values shared by an organization's members and transmitted from one generation of employees to another. The culture sets norms (rules of conduct) that define acceptable behaviour of employees of the organization.

The set of important assumptions that members of the company share. It is a system of shared values about what is important and beliefs about how the company works. These common assumptions influence the ways the company operates.

Ya!I am totally agree with you.You are right here with a good definition on Corporate culture.Corporate culture is one of those focus areas that are not always fully understood and are not optimally utilized either in an organization.

All types of Business is stands on the corporate culture because there are many process for getting success and knowing the competitors of business .

Corporate culture is the road map of any corporation which is and has to abide by it's employees and stakeholders. Every organization has it's own culture which is entirely different from other corporations and business. It's all about the social structure of the organization.

I like the idea of corporate culture - I think it is great that each and every company has it's own culture - wether it is a ritual - like they go out together on a monthly bases or something - it is great!

I would say corporate cultures vary between businesses, although I think everyone should be treated equally.
