A successful plan is everything when we are starting a business so in my opinion it is a big reason.

In my opinion, failure in a business is unable to continue the business in a state of condition. These factors could be financial, family matters, loans, bad decision making. Whatever decision you make now will effect your business continuation be it in marketing, promotion, advertising, hiring, getting business loans, business locations and the list goes on.

Business fails when you have taken huge amount of loan and your business is not able to generate that much profit which can pay interest.

Mostly business fail due to high amount of debt.

For instance, just look at KingFisher Airlines,the company has Rs.7000 Crore(Around $700 Million) debt on him which company is not able to pay.

I think that is the main reason for failure of business.

I agree with the previous comments. There are many things that could cause a business to not work out. I feel like the biggest one is not being financially prepared to begin with and assuming that you will gain the money back within the first year. Starting a business takes lots of money, lots of planning, and lots of devotion.
