Thread: How much should I charge for email accounts?

Hi guys, I am new around here, and I was wondering if you can give me any advice, or point me in the direction to find some guidance on a question I have. I hope I am posting in the right section, if not, feel free to move it, admins.

A client of mine just requested me to register a domain for them (just checked and it is available, so it'll cost me $10 a year).
He simply wants to save the domain for later, put a 'Under construction' or 'Coming soon' note, and create 4 email (500Mb) accounts for him and his colleagues.

I already have the server space (gonna add it on to my bluehost account and use space along with other small projects I have for clients that don't need access to their own backend cPanel). I have memory space to boot.

How much should I charge for this service?

-Register a domain for a year.
-Create 4 email accounts and send them the information to set their Outlook, Thunderbird, smartphones to receive email there.

I have ballpark estimate for larger projects, but on such small gig, I am not sure what to bill. This is a client I may hook up for developing their website in the mid term, if their business goes well.
