Nice tips and information.I have a business and i think that is really helps.My business is all about internet and langaton laajakaista or wireless broadband.Now a days some of wireless broadband a really successful so i choose it and one of my priority is the customer..Good services means good income.

Be honest to your customers, if something is wrong, make it up to them. Do not cover up your mistakes, trust is very important for customers.

For making customer happy is a necessity for the successful business. for doing so:
1. Give to the customer what is needed by them.
2. Always listen the grievances of the customers if any.
3. Provide best quality to the customers.
4. Always fulfill you words.
5. Keep in contact with the customers.

I remember there was only one rule that they thought me when I was working in retail - The customer is always right. I wish it would be like this in the shops and all the service providing companies.
