What are your policies for SPAM from resold account by Reseller ?
I am not that much familiar with this information. So can anyone suggest me What are your policies for SPAM from resold account by Reseller ?

The reseller is responsible for all activity on the account. The best way is to follow up with the reseller, and tell them to report back to tell you how they have addressed the issue.
