I am an editor.
So
1. You have already broken our guidelines by suggesting the site more than once. Did you read those guidelines which said that BEFORE or at all before you clicked the button that said you had read them when you suggested the site? Problem is that several submissions of the same URL can be treated as SPAM and what do we all do with spam? Delete it and block it from being sent again. So.......
2. If you are asking if there is any other way to get listed, paying someone for example, the answer is NO. Any editor found taking bribes is banned for life and so is the site that they listed, so if I were you I would not try it.
3. IF your site has not been banned as spam, then IF it is guideline compliant, WHEN a volunteer editor, working in their spare time and following their HOBBY, chooses to work on that section and chooses to use the suggestions pool, then (and that was IF it was guideline compliant) it will get listed. When, well as I said it has to wait and that can be from a few days to a few YEARS. There is NO other way. But don't suggest it again. My opinions are my own and do not represent DMOZ directory, staff or other editors.

DMOZ can be tricky to get a listing from, so patience is key here.

Does the category you are trying to list in have an editor? Look at the bottom of the page to see if an editor's name is given, or if there is an option to volunteer to become one. If there is no editor, it will go to another editor further up the chain who may be responsible for thousands of submissions. If that's the case you could wait forever.

Follow their guidelines correctly. Main thing is selecting appropriate category.

You have to follow DMOZ's guidelines to a tee and then you have to wait anywhere from six to nine months. You submit over and over you will never get listed.
