Can you please tell me which software is best for web directory and article submission ? which can submit 1000 directories in a day.

Why would you want to do that?

Internet marketing is rapidly moving away from sheer volume and towards higher quality. You will be far better off submitting to just say ezinearticles and goarticles for article directories, or another option would be to set up accounts with Squidoo and Hubpages and create lenses and hubs. These are way more effective long term in building targeted traffic than mass submissions from article directory software.
