ha ha very tough question mate. Its not easy to rank #1 in Google. There are millions of webmasters trying to rank no #1 and competition in millions. So you need to make a strategy. Your on page should be quality one and yes off page should also be quality one. To make your of page work better than others you need to do get quality links back to your site. Do SMO and other activities as well but again don't forget to keep away from SPAMMING and Poor Quality Work.

If you site is user friendly and if you promote your site in a best way..You can achieve no1 rank in google....

if you want your site is 1 rank in google .do some off page rank and on page...

first go through the website nicely and do on page SEO and Off page SEO.

qu8ality and relevent contents are main things to get higher rank in google.

Keep doing quality link building. Keep sharing informative posts and write contents for your site audiences. Last but not the least have patience it's not a over night game.
