I tried some of them,but It seems they have the same IP and didn"t find myself to submit my blog in the blog directory.

well, i have done submission here. it's a good site.

Well That was very good source of free directory sites. But I have some sites which give you instant backlinks. So check out for Instant Approval Free Directory Sites
