DMOZ value
It use to be when you started a new site, one of the first things you did was get your site listed in DMOZ. It seems to be less of a SEO topic than it was in the past and was wondering if webmasters of new sites still think there is a value in getting your site listed in DMOZ.

I think getting listed in DMOZ is really good thing. But it seems little tough to get listed in dmoz as i have also tried.

Any link is a good thing. Specially because Google and many other online directories use their listings.

Domz is more popular and more valuable if you got listed your site there it's good link for your website...

Right! DMOZ and Google has been partnered since then. If you Submit your site to Google Directory, Google Directory, upon clicking the submit button it actually redirects to DMOZ directory. That's why its really a price when you got listed on dmoz however, there's only a little chances for your submitted sites to go live.

Getting listing in Dmoz is like a dream comes true because it is difficult to get your website addition there. People just add and forget it.

DMOZ value I suppose the duplicate value with other directory,.....Actually, I'm not DMOZ fan, and I believe that Google is fair to everyone.

Dmoz Listing
Its good if your site gets listed in Dmoz, however, it is a bit tough to get listed there.
