Fastest way to learn css?
Could anyone tell me what the fastest way to learn CSS is ?

I think the only real way is to try it and pick up what you need to learn by browsing through the various guides available.
Obviously using a WYSIWYG editor isn't going to help.
When I started I used just notepad and tizag.com... Many hours of trial and error later I had the basics.

Do a more practice to learn css.follow a good books and read about css online is a best way to learn css.

I'd read a book to get a basic grasp of it and all the selectors that can be used etc and then just practice. There's so many little bugs and tricks it's the only way to learn it properly. I used to take websites I liked and try and rebuild them using html and css to get used to laying stuff out

Trial and error is the only real way.
It's probably the easiest language to learn so Google and NotePad++ should be your weapons of choice

w3schools.com is good site to learn about css.in the internet has many sites that provide the better information about css..
