Background Images not showing up in some versions of ie6/7

Hey:

Does anyone know anything about why background images would show up in some versions of IE6 or 7 and not all of them? It seems to work in FF across the board. Has anyone seen this before?

Any help would be appreciated.

For IE there must be a space after the brackets if you are using position e.g.
background: url(imagename.jpg) repeat-y top left;

Some times it happens due to Internet low speed.

if your background image is not show then check in the path of the background... may be you path is wrong...

most likely its a css issue, share your code.
