Right click the photo which you want to set as the background.. There is an option "set as desktop background"... choose that option... Now your background got changed with your photo.....

Hello frnd simple processor for set background in pc.Right click on desktop and open the properties then click desktop and set background.

Get a image, right click, save as background.

Or, do on the desktop, right click properties, and under wallpaper.
[Vista]

yes all of them are answering right..so it's just a simple procedure you have to right click on the photo of you and there is a option that "Set as Desktop Backgroud"
chooze it.

The best ans simple way is just right click on your photo which you want to set as your background pic and then click on "Set as background" option.
