    Which type of system use in office for Attendance ?
    i want to system is use in my office for attendance what type i use letest technology for attendance in office..pls tell me
    for many thanks for answers...

    You should use Time attendance system in your office.

    The Computerized Time Attendance system is electronic attendance system in which every employee make their attendance in computer rather than using attendance book. The system is integrated with bio-metric devices like Finger print scanner or Swap card. Using this devices makes less chance of fraud or other user malicious activities. The Electronic Time Attendance system tracks all the employee related details including over-time, under-time, leave etc.

    May i prefer to use the simple format for attendance do not take over tension to count the attendance of their employes.

    In my Company we don't use any device . We maintain register manually. I proud my team we don't have any issue with attendance till now. As you need suggestion, thumb machine is best.

    You should use E-mail system which you will have to design especially from the computer of your office. Yes it is latest just try this...

    you can go for the RFID system it will not only take ur attendance or available time when you are in the area of the circumference; but also it will track down ur position either.

    I must admit, I think the RFID system is probably best.
