An Ultrabook is a higher-end type of subnotebook defined by Intel.[1] Intel claims a trademark in the name Ultrabook.[2] Ultrabooks are designed to feature reduced size and weight and long battery life while retaining strong performance. They use low-power Intel CULV processors with integrated graphics, solid-state drives for fast loading times, and unibody chassis to fit larger batteries into smaller cases.[3] Because of their minimal size, the ability to have many ports (USB, HDMI, VGA, ethernet, etc) is limited.

Ultrabooks bridge the gap between netbook and notebook, providing a significant amount of processing power while maintaining a thin and light form factor. Ultrabooks utilize Intel's new Ivy Bridge processors, which offer pique performance but are extremely energy efficient, providing exceptional battery life. What's more, in order to qualify as an Ultrabook, the design must include a solid state drive and a unibody chassis the is less than 22mm thick and weigh less than roughly three pounds. Finally, all Ultrabooks must be cost-effective, priced within a reasonable range of $1,000.

Ultra book sub notebook defined by Intel's high-end type. Intel claims that the name is a trademark of Ultra book. Ultra books while maintaining a strong performance and long battery life, reduced size and weight are designed to feature. They are large cells with a small case to fit the integrated graphics, faster loading times for the solid-state drive, uni body chassis and a low-power Intel's CULV processor is used. Because of their minimal due to the size of a large number of ports has the ability is limited.

Ultrabooks is the Answer to ARM Tablets although intel said that, i guess ultrabook and tablet would be in different market, where ultrabooks will fill mobile computing that light weight but has performance, and tablets would be in market where people need little bit more than smart phone, larger screen and just daily needs...
