Thread: Cheapest Tablet PC.

This is really very good news. India governments launch new Aakash tablet pc at very cheapest price. Just only in 2500 ( 50$) Indian rupees. Aakash commercial version is powered by Android 2.3 and has a resistive touch creen, a 7 inch display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution, 256 MB RAM, 2 GB internal memory, 3.5 mm audio jack, and a graphics accelerator HD video processor.

Try to check it out in Google..

1. No camera
2. Android version cannot be updated
3. Multitasking cannot be done due to poor processor
4. Downloading apps from android market cannot be performed. You can get apps only from getjar.com.

Yes I did come across this as well, it does look like an ipad, but will need to check it out, whether it functions like one.
