with no hesitation, I would buy a Mac. Even if you are a bit short in budget, it would be worth considering.
all the software you will need are already loaded on the machine, no bugs, no viruses, just turn it on and it works.
I hope this helps.

First things first: Why are you buying a laptop? Is it for games, or do you just want something to surf the web with?
In any case, I'd recommend the following: MSI, Asus, and Acer. If you're going to buy it for designing and video editing, then I guess a Mac would be a good option. Well, that's if you can wait until your budget for a Mac is enough.Start an SEO company by working as an SEO Reseller!

Personally, I would recommend Dell or Toshiba.

It depends on your need of use. If you need to use for gaming then try to take Dell Alienware. If you wanna develop some application or program then it would be better to take Desktop.
