    Default I use FTP

I use FTP because it has more advantages. First, the easy drag and drop interface, this grants an ease of transfer not afforded by HTTP. It has greater efficiency when transferring large files and limits the file size only by the amount of space on the server. It has also a heightened security.

It does allow folder transfer. I find file manager easier but some times used ftp as well.
