What do you need in order to start developing in ColdFusion for as cheap as possible?
I have bought the books, watched the tutorials, downloaded the software, got rid of vista and installed XP, but it seems like everything I do doesn’t work. Maybe I’m retarded, but whenever I try to view the pages in dynamic view or my browser the ColdFusion pages will not show up.
Does anyone have a noob step by step guide of what you need and how to set up a home computer to start developing a ColdFusion site? Do I need to have a dedicated server? Virtual server? I’m not sure if there’s a way to do this cheap, but I thought I’d ask.
Thanks
