Many of my friends and colleagues argue me about the relevance of Social Media Optimization (SMO plans) and its impact on the masses. I always get amused why they still have doubts about the glittering success of Social media platforms across the web arena. Having good expertise in SMO spectrum, I can understand their concerns. I am bit intelligent after all to get the reason behind their complaints. All those friends I am talking about have launched their SMO campaigns that finally ruined with no result or became a complete disaster. Well, I will obviously quote here that all those gentlemen started at right note but unfortunately deviated in the middle. The story is more or less same for newbies who try their luck here. I am keenly interested in suggesting some miscalculations you must avoid in order to witness your SMO plans done.
A plan that has flaws yields no results. Having a competitive intelligence helps you more while moving campaign. Without full knowledge of your enemy's strength, how can you expect a win. I will remind everyone that social media is not a magic lamp for their online ventures but just a deliberately conceived platform that takes enough time to get you noticed among the audience base and in search engines.
One more error I wish to put in the light is the use of irrelevant and inconsistent content behavior from the SMO people. Don't write just because you have to write. Evaluate your potential audience, observe what they want and finally be concise with your write-up. Make it specific and user centric. My advice is to be authentic in your campaign, keep focused towards sound audience engagement and above all listen, share and adopt every view or review that comes to you. That's enough for the time being.
